“ This was our first visit to Sukai, we couldn’t have been any more happier for the great staff that helped us out. Food was delicious , we chose to eat at the sushi bar. Everything was very fresh! Special thanks to Jared our sushi cook & Catt our server. ”
“ Fascinating service, quality food, exceptional service. From start to finish. The reservation was made a week in advance, through the Table mountain website, confirmation reminder is sent via text message a day before. Once the elevator takes you to the 12th floor, after being checked in, if early, you are sent to the waiting lobby, behind the glass doors. The waiting room has a bar, seating indoor and outdoor with a beautiful view. We went for dinner at 8pm and were able to view the sunset (also makes for wonderful golden hour lighting) for pictures. Light music is playing which makes waiting to be seated a breeze. After being seated Kat (our server) made sure we were well taken care of, checked up on us often and was familiar with the menu and provided excellent suggestions. Next our sushi cook Jarret personally brought us our sushi, introduced himself and made sure we loved every bite of our dishes. The dishes were absolutely exquisite. Every single bite was fresh and flavorful. Nothing but great things to say about our evening dinner at Sukai. ”
“ The views, service, and food are amazing. I was skeptical because of the low reviews but was pleasantly surprised. I recommend the teppanyaki over the sushi bar (sushi is okay tbh but everything else is delicious-4/5) and making reservations a couple of days in advance around time to see the GORGEOUS sunset on their patio. ”
“ Reservation was at 630pm, they got us in right on time. Service was great although, I did wished they offered us paper napkins when they gave some to the other group some but it's ok, no biggie, i could've asked but i didn't so my fault. Anyway, Server and chef was still very nice and professional! The lady at the bar was also very nice. The area was nice and clean. I would come back again. ”
“ Very good sushi at competitive prices. I had dinner here recently (highly recommend reservations) before attending a show and I really enjoyed the meal. I did not have Teppanyaki. I sat down for regular dining and ordered off of the corresponding menu. The rolls were prepared well and fresh. The server was knowledgeable of the menu and very attentive despite her many tables. I will be back. ”
“ I recently went to Sukai teppanyaki for a birthday celebration. Our service and food was overall great. We were tended to quickly and had a great experience. I would recommend trying to go before sundown or around sunset to experience the view as it’s nice being 12 floors in this area. All the dishes we ordered were great....although there were some items we asked about and couldn’t seem to find an answer. Overall it was great I’d recommend checking it out if you’re looking for a fancy place to go for a good night. ”
“ Both our server and Chef were OUTSTANDING! my 4 yo daughter was greeted with a beautiful tierra for her birthday and treated luke a birthday princess. The entire experiences was fantastic! ”
“ Sukai Teppanyaki & Sushi Restaurant, Table Mountain Cadino & Resort, February 15, 2025Everything was excellent from being warmly received to being seated efficiently in the dining area. We were especially grateful for the hostess who allowed us to delay our scheduled reservation by an hour due to mix-up on my part about when the reservation was. The choices on the Sukai menu are quite comprehensive and impressive especially for a restaurant that features Teppanyaki dining as it’s main food attraction. We prefer traditional dining and sushi to Teppanyaki, and so are grateful that Sukai didn’t skimp for us traditional patrons! Further, to offer a bottle of JLohr Cabernet as your primary table wine at only a modest 15 per bottle made my wife and I take a double take on the price. We were sure that should have read was the per glass price.!! We needed to stay in the patio area afterwards to finish the bottle of what is a really premium wine and so got to enjoy the stunning view from the balcony for that much longer. Our waitress was very helpful coming to check on us ample times to confirm we were doing well throughout the dinner. My only thought that may be an opportunity for Sukai to consider is converting perhaps the side of the restaurant facing the valley to table dining exclusively as that is of more value to the couple celebrating an intimate dinner than to a group of people who are at a Teppanyaki grill where the chef is the attraction and this wouldn’t appreciate the view of the valley at dinner time anyways. ”
